Mrs. Eva Andoh-Poku is a Chartered Surveyor and a Member of both the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) in the United Kingdom (UK) and the Ghana Institution of Surveyors (GhIS).

Currently the Administrator of GIFEC, she provides strategic direction over the policies, systems and processes, for the effective management of staff and other resources of the Fund. She also provides leadership in the development of GIFEC’s short and long-term strategic objectives, as well as ensures successful planning and implementation of the Fund’s Programmes and Projects, toward the attainment of set Mandates.

She also doubles as the Board Chairman of Ghana Digital Centres Limited (GDCL).

Prior to her appointment, she was the Deputy Administrator of GIFEC, in which capacity she was responsible for coordinating the Regional Operations of the Fund, as well as other strategic functions as directed by the Administrator.

Mrs. Andoh-Poku holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree and is presently a Trainee Solicitor.

She has over 18 years post-qualification and work experience as a Chartered Surveyor with a wealth of experience in the management of Property, People and Assets. This experience has endowed Mrs. Andoh-Poku with the requisite set of skills to manage people of different backgrounds and helped with the re-structuring of Companies. Her management skills and Legal background has given her the impetus to tailor solutions to meet varying needs and situations.

She is goal-oriented, a great achiever and passionate about her work.

She is a devout Christian, married and blessed with three children.
