EVA ANDOH-POKU (ESQ.) – ADMINISTRATOR (CEO)

Eva Andoh – Poku is a Legal Practitioner and holds a Masters in Law from the University of Law in the United Kingdom.

Eva is also a Chartered Surveyor with over 20 years’ Post Qualification and work experience in the Real Estate Development and Services Industry.  She is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) in the United Kingdom (UK) and a Member of the Ghana Institution of Surveyors (MGhIS).

Currently the Administrator of GIFEC, she provides strategic direction over the policies, systems and processes, for the effective management of staff and other resources of the Fund. She also provides leadership in the development of GIFEC’s short and long-term strategic objectives, as well as ensures successful planning and implementation of the Fund’s Programmes and Projects, toward the attainment of set Mandates.

Eva has assiduously built an impressive bank of problem solving, leadership and outstanding negotiation skills from which she can draw on.  A dynamic character, she has exhibited excellent, leadership, communication and interpersonal skills in the different and varying environments that her multiple careers as a Lawyer and a Chartered Surveyor have taken her.

She is multifaceted, which is a reflection of her illustrious career and has given her the impetus to present herself as a strategist in the Digital Eco space.

Until her appointment, she was the Deputy Administrator of GIFEC, in which capacity she was responsible for coordinating the Regional Operations of the Fund, as well as other strategic functions as directed by the Administrator.

Prior to her appointment as the Deputy Administrator, Eva worked at NTHC Properties Limited as the Managing Director over a three-year period.

She actively managed a commercial portfolio at Capital Place Limited an affiliate of Mobus Property Development.

Her practical knowledge and experience of the Real Estate Industry and Markets in the United Kingdom and Ghana was brought to bear as Head of Valuation and Real Estate Advisory at Broll Ghana Limited, Accra, Ghana.

Eva was enrolled as a Lawyer at the Ghana Bar in November, 2022, and also as a Solicitor at the Solicitors Regulatory Authority in the United Kingdom in March, 2022; following her completion of her Legal Professional Courses both in Ghana and the United Kingdom respectively, where she attained her Masters in Law (LLM).

She also obtained her Post Graduate Diploma in surveying at the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), in the United Kingdom.  She obtained a degree in BSc (Hons) Land Management (Major in Investment & Finance) at the University of Reading, United Kingdom. 

In the year 2019, Eva, was adjudged the most outstanding Female in Real Estate Development and Property Management, an award presented by the Business Executive in collaboration with Feminine Ghana Achievement Awards.
