The Acting Administrator of Ghana Investment Fund for Electronic Communications(GIFEC), Mr. Sofo Tanko Rashid-Computer together with Management, on Wednesday, July 9, 2025 received a seven-member delegation from the Parliament of Zimbabwe.
The seven member delegation of the Portfolio Committee on Information Communication Technology of the Parliament of Zimbabwe was made up of Hon. Moyo vusumuzi, Chairperson of the Committee and leader of the delegation, Hon. Mapiki Joseph, Hon. Munemo Laban, Hon. Makaza Faith, Hon. Mavhudzi Donald, Mrs. Bertha R. Boho and Mrs. Betty Munowenyu.
The purpose of the visit was to provide an opportunity for the delegation to identify best practices that may be adapted to nurture innovation and technological development within Zimbabwe’s ICT landscape and enable the delegation to gain a comprehensive understanding of Ghana’s innovation hub model and how it supports start-ups and entrepreneurship.
